Lower back, legs and glutes🌟 I found this awesome alternative to Romanian Deadlifts on instagram. Use this if your short on time or the other equipment is taken, use a good weight, I used 80lbs and did 20 reps for 3 sets. I really felt my booty and hamstrings on fire 💁
Be sure to keep your back and arms completely straight at all times, use your hips to lift the bar as you exhale.
